What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team has the right to increase the Technology Fee. The Technology Fee is initially set at $100 per week, which covers items like remote access, licenses, system support, and software maintenance.
However, due to the ever-changing nature of technology, All Team retains the right to increase the Technology Fee. This increase can occur no more than once per year.
All Team must provide written notice to the franchisee before implementing any increase in the Technology Fee. This ensures that franchisees are informed of the change in advance.
The Technology Fees, along with other fees, are typically withheld from the Temporary Employment Gross Billings collected by All Team on behalf of the franchisee. If these collections are insufficient to cover the fees, All Team can require the franchisee to pay the fees via electronic funds transfer or another designated method.
