What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team retains the right to exercise its own judgment on various matters related to the Franchise Agreement and the Manual. Specifically, All Team has the right to approve or disapprove a franchisee's requests in its sole and absolute discretion. This means that franchisees may not always get their requests approved, and All Team is not obligated to provide a reason for its decisions.

This discretion extends to the Manual, which contains the operating standards and procedures for the All Team franchise. Franchisees must adhere to the Manual, but All Team can change the Manual at any time. All Team's actions, refusals to act, approvals, disapprovals, consent, or refusal of consent are not, and shall not be deemed, a representation, warranty, certification, or guarantee by All Team about that which is acted upon or refused consent, or about any appropriateness, legality, profitability, or success related thereto.

This clause protects All Team from liability if a franchisee's business does not perform as expected, even if the franchisee followed All Team's instructions. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider the implications of this provision and seek legal advice before signing the Franchise Agreement. It is important to understand that All Team has significant control over the operation of the franchise, and franchisees must be willing to accept All Team's decisions.
