What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if the franchisee is a partnership, limited liability company, or corporation, they must designate an operating partner, member, or shareholder. This designated individual must complete the Initial Training Program and devote their full working time and best efforts to the daily operations of the All Team agency.
Specifically, this designated person must remain free from involvement in conflicting enterprises or any other activities that could be detrimental to or interfere with the All Team agency's business. This requirement ensures that the designated individual is fully committed to the success of the All Team franchise and does not divert their attention or resources to other ventures that could create a conflict of interest.
Furthermore, the franchisee must grant this designated individual general management power and authority over the business affairs of the agency, including the power to act solely on behalf of and legally bind the franchisee. All Team requires the franchisee to provide a certified copy of the action granting such authority and to keep All Team informed of the identity of any agency manager. This ensures clear lines of authority and accountability within the franchise operation.
