We must approve the location of your Agency. You may select the location of your office anywhere in the Area. Typically, you will lease the space for your Agency. You are solely responsible for locating, securing and evaluating the suitability of your office and for the review and negotiations of your lease. The factors we consider in approving sites are factors such as general location, lease term, size, access to public transportation, and parking. We will either approve or disapprove your location within 30 days of receipt of all information regarding the location. (Franchise Agreement – paragraph VIII.A);

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is solely responsible for locating, securing, and evaluating the suitability of their office space. While All Team must approve the location, the franchisee bears the responsibility for the entire process, including lease review and negotiations. The franchisor's approval considers factors such as general location, lease term, size, access to public transportation, and parking. All Team will either approve or disapprove the location within 30 days of receiving all location-related information.
This means a prospective All Team franchisee needs to be prepared to conduct thorough market research to identify a suitable location within their designated area. They will need to handle all aspects of the site selection process, including property evaluation, lease negotiation, and ensuring the location meets All Team's criteria. This also includes understanding local ordinances, licensing, permits, and compliance requirements.
Furthermore, the FDD states that failure to secure a site and open the agency within 4 months of signing the Franchise Agreement can result in termination of the agreement and forfeiture of the initial franchise fee. Therefore, franchisees must act diligently and efficiently in the site selection and opening process to avoid these penalties. This timeline underscores the importance of proactive planning and execution in securing a suitable location for the All Team franchise.
