All_Team Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
We must approve the location of your Agency. You may select the location of your office anywhere in the Area. Typically, you will lease the space for your Agency. You are solely responsible for locating, securing and evaluating the suitability of your office and for the review and negotiations of your lease. The factors we consider in approving sites are factors such as general location, lease term, size, access to public transportation, and parking. We will either approve or disapprove your location within 30 days of receipt of all information regarding the location. (Franchise Agreement – paragraph VIII.A);

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is solely responsible for locating, securing, and evaluating the suitability of their office space. While All Team must approve the location, the franchisee bears the responsibility for finding a suitable site within their designated area and negotiating the lease terms.
All Team specifies factors they consider when approving a site, including general location, lease term, size, access to public transportation, and parking. The franchisor will either approve or disapprove the franchisee's chosen location within 30 days of receiving all necessary information about the site. This means the franchisee needs to conduct thorough research and due diligence to find a location that meets both their needs and All Team's criteria.
This arrangement is typical in many franchise systems, where the franchisee takes on the responsibility of securing their business location. However, it's important to note that while All Team provides site selection criteria, the ultimate decision and risk associated with the location rest with the franchisee. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider these factors and seek professional advice when evaluating potential locations and negotiating lease agreements.
