What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for covering the expenses associated with refresher training programs. All Team may provide or require additional refresher training programs from time to time. The franchisee must pay for all transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses incurred by themselves and their employees when attending these programs.

This means that as an All Team franchisee, you need to budget for the costs of refresher training. These costs can include travel, accommodation, food, and any other expenses incurred while attending the training. The frequency and location of these refresher training programs are determined by All Team.

While the franchisee bears the cost of travel and lodging for refresher training, All Team will charge a reasonable fee to train a reasonable number of the franchisee's new employees or their trainers at All Team's corporate offices, provided the franchisee is not in default under the Franchise Agreement. This division of costs is fairly typical in franchising, where the franchisee usually covers their own travel and living expenses for training, while the franchisor provides the training itself.
