Does All Team reserve the right to charge a fee for Refresher Training Programs?

We, although not obligated to do so, may from time to time require that previously trained and experienced franchisees or their managers, attend and successfully complete Refresher Training Programs or seminars to be conducted at our principal office or such other locations that we will designate. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for the Refresher Training Programs or any such additional training. You must pay the travel and living expenses and wages for you and your employees. So long as you are not in default under the Franchise Agreement, we will at reasonable times train a reasonable number of your new employees or their trainers at our corporate offices. However, you will pay all transportation, lodging, meals and other expenses incurred by you and your employees in obtaining such additional training.

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team may require franchisees or their managers to attend Refresher Training Programs or seminars. Franchisees are responsible for covering the travel and living expenses, as well as the wages, for themselves and their employees attending these programs. However, if the franchisee is not in default under the Franchise Agreement, All Team will provide training at its corporate offices at reasonable times for a reasonable number of new employees or their trainers. Again, the franchisee is responsible for all transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses incurred by them and their employees for this additional training.
