We are not required to spend any amount on advertising in your Area.
You may not conduct or direct marketing activities, or otherwise solicit new customers or candidates, outside the Area without our prior written consent, which may be given, withheld, conditioned, or withdrawn in our sole and absolute discretion at any time. You will not advertise or use in advertising or other form of promotion, the Marks without the appropriate copyright, trademark, and service mark symbols ("©", "®", "TM" or "SM") as we direct. Any advertising on the Internet will require our prior written approval.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team is not required to spend any amount on advertising in a franchisee's area. However, franchisees are required to place and maintain a bold listing for both the Temporary Service Business and the Permanent Placement Business in the classified ads of the yellow pages telephone directory, or other directories as determined by All Team. This must be done at the franchisee's sole expense throughout the term of the Franchise Agreement.
Franchisees must submit any advertising and promotional materials they wish to use to All Team or its advertising agency for approval, including materials for newspaper, radio, internet, and television advertising. If All Team does not provide written approval within 20 days of receiving the materials, the materials are considered not approved. All promotional and advertising materials submitted become the property of All Team, and All Team may provide advertising and promotional materials to the franchisee for a reasonable fee.
All Team reserves the right to reinstate a National Advertising Fund in the future. If reinstated, franchisees would be required to contribute an Advertising Fee of 1% of Temporary Employment Gross Billings and 2% of Permanent Placement Gross Billings. These funds would be used for various advertising and marketing expenses, such as production costs, administration, website maintenance, and media placement. All Team has the right to determine the type of advertising and the media in which it will appear. The funds will be maintained separately from All Team's other monies and will not be used for the sale of franchises.
Franchisees may be permitted to create social media accounts to advertise their agency on the Internet, subject to All Team's prior written approval and terms and conditions specified in the Manual. All Team has the right to cease granting permission to operate any such social media outlet at any time. Any advertising on the Internet, delivered by facsimile, electronic mail, or other electronic means, will require prior written approval by All Team and on terms specified by them. All Team may require franchisees to place all such electronic advertisements with them or their designated third-party vendor.
