We do not make any representations about a franchisee's future financial performance or the past financial performance of company-owned or franchised outlets. We also do not authorize our employees or representatives to make such representations either orally or in writing. If you are purchasing an existing outlet, however, we may provide you with the actual records of that outlet. If you receive any other financial performance information or projections of your future income you should report it to our management by contacting Brian Hindman at All Team Franchise Corporation, 500 North West Shore Boulevard, Suite 300, Tampa, FL 33609, 813-440-4012, the Federal Trade Commission and any appropriate state regulatory agencies.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team is not required to provide financial performance representations. Item 19 states that All Team does not make any representations about a franchisee's future financial performance or the past financial performance of company-owned or franchised outlets. They also do not authorize employees or representatives to make such representations, either orally or in writing.
However, if a prospective franchisee is purchasing an existing outlet, All Team may provide the actual records of that outlet. The FDD also advises that if a prospective franchisee receives any other financial performance information or projections of future income, they should report it to All Team's management, the Federal Trade Commission, and any appropriate state regulatory agencies.
This means that a potential All Team franchisee will not receive any official financial performance data in the FDD regarding potential revenues, income, or profits. Instead, they must conduct their own independent research and due diligence to determine the potential financial viability of an All Team franchise. This may involve speaking with current franchisees, analyzing market data, and carefully reviewing the costs associated with opening and operating the franchise.
