- E. Operation of Franchise Because of FRANCHISEE's Inability. In order to prevent any interruption of the franchise business which would cause harm to the business, if FRANCHISEE is unable to operate the business for any reason whatsoever, FRANCHISEE authorizes ATFC and its agents and affiliates to operate the business for so long as ATFC deems necessary and practical. All income from the operation of the business shall be kept in a separate account, and the expenses of the business, including reasonable compensation and expenses of ATFC and its agents, shall be charged to said account. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to require ATFC to operate the business in the case of FRANCHISEE's inability to operate same, and the rights set forth herein may be exercised in the sole and absolute discretion of ATFC.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team is not required to operate the franchise if the franchisee is unable to do so. However, if a franchisee is unable to operate the business for any reason, the franchisee authorizes All Team and its agents to operate the business if All Team deems it necessary and practical.
All income derived during the period that All Team operates the business will be kept in a separate account. The expenses of the business, including reasonable compensation and expenses for All Team and its agents, will be charged to this account.
The FDD states that nothing within the agreement requires All Team to operate the business in the event of the franchisee's inability to do so. The decision to operate the business under these circumstances is at the sole and absolute discretion of All Team.
