All_Team Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Any advertising on the Internet, delivered by facsimile, electronic mail or other electronic means must be pre-approved by ATFC in writing and in advance and on terms specified by ATFC. ATFC may require FRANCHISEE to place all such electronic advertisements with ATFC or its designated third party vendor.

FRANCHISEE must submit all of its own advertising and sale promotion materials (including Internet advertising) to ATFC or its agency in writing, for prior consent. If ATFC does not consent to the advertising within twenty (20) days after receipt of the advertising, said advertising is deemed not acceptable. FRANCHISEE shall not advertise or use in advertising or other form of promotion, the Marks without the appropriate copyright, trademark, and service mark registration symbols for those marks which are registered. ATFC will require FRANCHISEE to place and maintain, at FRANCHISEE's sole expense and at all times during the terms of this Agreement, a listing for the Temporary Service Business and the Permanent Placement Business in certain Internet sites and/or listing as determined by ATFC, in its sole and absolute discretion.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, any advertising on the Internet, delivered by facsimile, electronic mail or other electronic means must be pre-approved by All Team in writing and in advance and on terms specified by All Team. All Team may also require franchisees to place all such electronic advertisements with All Team or its designated third party vendor. This ensures that all advertising aligns with All Team's brand standards and marketing strategies.

All Team also maintains control over the franchisee's presence on the internet. While franchisees may be permitted to create a social media account to advertise their agency, this is subject to All Team's prior written consent. This permission is temporary and contingent upon the terms and conditions specified in the Confidential Operations Manual, which may restrict the content franchisees can post. All Team retains the right to revoke permission to operate any such social media outlet at any time. Except as otherwise provided, franchisees may not maintain a presence on the Internet for their agency without express consent.

Furthermore, franchisees must submit all advertising and sales promotion materials, including internet advertising, to All Team or its agency for prior written consent. If All Team does not respond within twenty days of receipt, the advertising is considered not acceptable. Franchisees are also required to include the appropriate copyright, trademark, and service mark registration symbols for registered marks in their advertising. All Team also has the right to determine the internet sites and listings where franchisees must maintain a presence for their Temporary Service Business and Permanent Placement Business.

These stipulations allow All Team to maintain brand consistency and control over marketing efforts across all franchise locations. For a prospective franchisee, this means they must adhere to All Team's advertising guidelines and obtain approval for all marketing materials before dissemination. This may limit the franchisee's autonomy in marketing but ensures compliance with brand standards and potentially benefits from All Team's marketing expertise.
