What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a USER (franchisee) has several reporting responsibilities related to temporary employees. The USER must submit timecards or related reporting to ATFC (All Team Funding Corp) weekly, no later than noon on Wednesday, based on the prior week. These timecards are matched with invoices, saved electronically, and included with the invoice sent to the customer. Failure to provide invoices and timecards on time can result in fines: $1,000 for the first violation, $2,500 for the second, and $5,000 for the third and subsequent violations.

In addition to weekly reporting, the All Team USER must furnish all necessary payroll information regarding temporary employees to ATFC. This includes wages, rates, names of payees, direct payroll costs, and customer billing information, all in the format required by ATFC. The USER is also responsible for making all required reports to the appropriate agencies or entities and for paying worker's compensation insurance premiums for their temporary employees. They must also provide prompt written notice to ATFC if the required worker's compensation insurance coverage is not in effect.

Furthermore, the All Team USER is responsible for entering any garnishments or wage withholdings into the software program before payroll is processed and for making the required payments to the proper authority as required in the withholding order. The USER must also keep all payroll and personnel records for temporary personnel employees for seven years, making them available for inspection by ATFC during normal business hours. The USER must also maintain such records as ATFC may reasonably request from time to time, on forms approved in writing by ATFC.

All Team USERs are also required to operate the business in compliance with all applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, including carrying worker's compensation insurance for all employees and providing proof of such insurance and payment to ATFC as requested. These comprehensive reporting and compliance requirements ensure that All Team maintains accurate records and adheres to legal standards related to its temporary employees.
