What other reports or records can All Team request from the franchisee?

All other such reports or records as shall be requested by ATFC from time to time pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement or as specified in the Confidential Operations Manual.

All reports furnished hereunder shall be either prepared and certified by a professional accountant, or an independent certified public accountant, in accordance with generally acceptable accounting principles, consistently applied, and shall be certified to by FRANCHISEE as being true, complete and correct in all material respects and fairly presenting the financial condition and the results of operation of the Agency for the period covered thereby. Notwithstanding the foregoing, FRANCHISEE shall not be obligated to disclose confidential tax returns if such disclosure would violate applicable state law.

M. Audit of Books and Records. All records shall be kept for a period of at least four (4) years following the end of each calendar year. ATFC may, from time to time, cause one or more complete audits to be made of the affairs and records relating to the operations of the Agency. Upon request by ATFC, FRANCHISEE shall make such books, records and information available to ATFC or its designated representative at all reasonable times for review and audit by ATFC at the place of business of the Agency.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, in addition to specific weekly and quarterly reports, All Team can request other reports and records from franchisees. All Team can request any reports or records as they see fit, as long as it is pursuant to or in connection with the Franchise Agreement or specified in the Confidential Operations Manual.

All reports furnished to All Team must be prepared and certified by a professional accountant or an independent certified public accountant, following generally accepted accounting principles. The franchisee must also certify that the reports are true, complete, and correct, fairly presenting the financial condition and operational results of the agency. However, franchisees are not required to disclose confidential tax returns if such disclosure would violate state law.

All Team also has the right to audit the franchisee's records. Franchisees must keep all records for at least four years following the end of each calendar year. All Team may conduct audits of the agency's operations and records. Upon request, franchisees must make all books, records, and information available to All Team or its representatives for review and audit at the agency's place of business during reasonable times.
