- F. Payroll Funding and Payroll and Billing Processing. Due to the nature of the Temporary Service Business, FRANCHISEE is required to use ATFC to provide payroll funding and payroll and billing processing. Upon execution of this Agreement, FRANCHISEE will enter into a separate "Funding Agreement" and a "Processing Agreement" with ATFC which will govern the terms and conditions of these services.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Processing Agreement is a contract between the franchisee and All Team that allows All Team to provide payroll and billing processing services to the franchisee's agency.
The FDD specifies that, due to the nature of the temporary service business, franchisees are required to use All Team to provide payroll funding, payroll, and billing processing. Upon signing the Franchise Agreement, the franchisee must also enter into a separate Funding Agreement and Processing Agreement with All Team. These agreements will define the terms and conditions of these services.
All Team retains the right to discontinue these services at its discretion. However, if All Team chooses to discontinue these services, they will provide an alternative approved supplier for the franchisee to use. This ensures that the franchisee will always have access to necessary payroll and billing services, even if All Team no longer provides them directly.
