What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Funding Agreement' is a contract between the franchisee and All Team that allows All Team to provide payroll funding for the franchisee's agency.
For a prospective All Team franchisee, this means that payroll funding will be provided by All Team. Item 5.F states that due to the nature of the Temporary Service Business, franchisees are required to use All Team to provide payroll funding and payroll and billing processing. Upon execution of the Franchise Agreement, franchisees will enter into a separate Funding Agreement and a Processing Agreement with All Team, which will govern the terms and conditions of these services.
All Team also reserves the right to discontinue these services at its sole discretion, but in such an event, will provide another approved supplier for such services. This ensures that the franchisee will have a means of payroll funding and processing, even if All Team decides to discontinue the service.
