- c. Provide suggestions for layout and design of the Agency (Franchise Agreement paragraph VII.E.);
- b. We must approve the location of your Agency. You may select the location of your office anywhere in the Area. Typically, you will lease the space for your Agency. You are solely responsible for locating, securing and evaluating the suitability of your office and for the review and negotiations of your lease. The factors we consider in approving sites are factors such as general location, lease term, size, access to public transportation, and parking. We will either approve or disapprove your location within 30 days of receipt of all information regarding the location. (Franchise Agreement – paragraph VIII.A);

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, prior to opening an agency, All Team will provide suggestions for the layout and design of the agency. However, the franchisee is solely responsible for locating, securing, and evaluating the suitability of their office space, as well as reviewing and negotiating the lease.
All Team's approval of the agency location will take into account factors such as general location, lease term, size, access to public transportation, and parking. All Team will either approve or disapprove the proposed location within 30 days of receiving all necessary information.
While All Team offers layout and design suggestions, franchisees should be prepared to manage the practical aspects of securing and setting up their office space. This includes finding a suitable location, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring the site meets All Team's approval criteria.
