What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team provides two instances of on-site opening assistance to new franchisees. The first instance involves at least one person providing on-site support for a minimum of five days immediately after the agency opens. The second instance involves one person providing on-site assistance for at least three days, approximately two months after the agency's opening. Both of these opening assistance services are provided at no cost to the franchisee.

This support structure is designed to help franchisees navigate the initial challenges of launching their All Team agency. The initial five-day period focuses on the immediate startup phase, while the follow-up assistance two months later addresses any operational issues that may arise as the business becomes more established. This phased approach ensures franchisees receive targeted support when they need it most.

It's important to note that All Team retains the right to modify the opening assistance based on the franchisee's or their principal owner's experience. This suggests that the level and type of support may be adjusted to better suit the individual needs and capabilities of each franchisee. Prospective franchisees should discuss with All Team what specific factors might influence these modifications and how they can best prepare to maximize the benefits of the opening assistance program.
