What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team does not directly provide franchisees with the necessary equipment, signs, fixtures, and supplies. However, All Team will provide a list of these necessary items to the franchisee.
Prospective franchisees are responsible for securing and evaluating the suitability of their office space, including lease negotiations. All Team offers suggestions for the layout and design of the agency location. The franchisee is also responsible for purchasing computer equipment, including at least one computer for each administrative employee and a multi-function machine, with costs estimated between $1,800 and $2,500.
While All Team does not supply the equipment, they do license the software required for operation. Franchisees must ensure their computers have a high-speed internet connection to access the staffing software and email. All Team may offer advice or assistance related to the equipment but is not obligated to provide ongoing service. Franchisees may be required to update or upgrade their hardware or software to meet new standards at their own expense.
