Does All Team provide initial training in the operation of the All Team Agency?

Provide Initial Training in the operation of your Agency to you and your manager(s). This training is described in detail later in this Item (Franchise Agreement – paragraph VII.A).
We will provide training to you, and manager(s) designated by you as described below. All of the designated training for you and your designated manager(s) is mandatory. You and your designated manager(s) must attend the Initial Training Program promptly after the execution of the Franchise Agreement and must be completed to our satisfaction prior to the opening of your Agency.
The Initial Training Program will take place at our principal office in Tampa, Florida, on an as needed basis, for a period between 1 to 3 weeks depending on your past experience in this type of business. We do not charge for the Initial Training Program but you are responsible for your wages, travel and living expenses and your employee's wages and travel and living expenses.
We will send at least 1 representative to your Agency to assist in the opening and training for a period of at least 5 days after you open your Agency and will provide further assistance in the operation of the Agency by providing a representative for at least 3 days approximately 2 months after you open your Agency.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, initial training is provided to franchisees and their managers in the operation of the All Team agency. This training is mandatory and must be completed to All Team's satisfaction before the agency opens.
The initial training program takes place at All Team's principal office in Tampa, Florida, on an as-needed basis. The training period lasts between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the franchisee's past experience in the business. All Team does not charge for the initial training program itself.
However, franchisees are responsible for their own wages, travel, and living expenses, as well as those of their employees, during the training period. All Team also sends at least one representative to the franchisee's agency to assist with the opening and training for at least 5 days after the agency opens. Furthermore, All Team provides additional assistance in the operation of the agency by sending a representative for at least 3 days approximately 2 months after the agency opens.
