How is the All Team Processing Fee calculated?

USER must pay ATFC a "Processing Fee" no later than Friday for the prior week. The Processing Fee is 1.65% of Temporary Employment Gross Billings from the prior week. The Processing Fee can be increased written notice to User, however ATFC will not change it more often than once a year.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Processing Fee is calculated as 1.65% of the Temporary Employment Gross Billings from the prior week. This fee is due no later than Friday of each week.
For a prospective All Team franchisee, this means that each week, a fee of 1.65% of the total gross billings generated by temporary employees will be charged. This fee covers All Team's costs for processing payroll, invoicing, and other administrative services. It is important to note that All Team withholds the Processing Fees from the Temporary Employment Gross Billings they collect on behalf of the User.
All Team retains the right to increase the Processing Fee, but they must provide written notice to the franchisee. Furthermore, All Team can only change the Processing Fee once per year. This provides some predictability for franchisees in managing their expenses. The Processing Fee, along with other fees like Continuing License Fees, Advertising Fees, and Technology Fees, are deducted from the weekly Purchase Price by All Team.
