Does the All Team Processing Agreement specify who is responsible for providing updates to the 'Software'?
All_Team Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
G. "Software" means the computer program that ATFC will require USER to use together with any updates, modifications, revisions, new versions and substitution of any new product thereof, together with all documentation, training manuals, and supplemental computer hardware. ATFC will train USER to facilitate the use of the computer program. Said computer program is designed for "front office" operations in the temporary staffing business, including payroll processing and client billing.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Processing Agreement defines the 'Software' as the computer program that All Team Franchise Corporation (ATFC) requires the franchisee (USER) to use. This includes any updates, modifications, revisions, new versions, and substitutions of any new product, along with all documentation, training manuals, and supplemental computer hardware.
The agreement specifies that All Team will train the franchisee to use the computer program, which is designed for front office operations in the temporary staffing business, including payroll processing and client billing. However, the document does not explicitly state who is responsible for providing the updates to the software.
While All Team provides the initial training and the software itself, the responsibility for maintaining and updating the software is not clearly defined in the Processing Agreement. A prospective franchisee should seek clarification from All Team regarding who is responsible for providing and implementing software updates, as well as any associated costs.
