- Operations of Permanent Placement Business. FRANCHISEE must operate the Permanent Placement Business within the Area out of the same office that the Temporary Service Business is operated. According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Placement Customers are defined as those seeking to hire permanent personnel, referred to as "Candidates". All Team franchisees operate a Permanent Placement Business within a designated area, from the same office as their Temporary Service Business. The franchisee is expected to provide placement services as detailed in the Confidential Operations Manual.
All Team requires franchisees to provide a guarantee period in their placement agreements. This means that if the hired candidate is not satisfactory within a specified time, a replacement candidate must be provided. If the placement fee was split with another All Team agency that supplied the candidate, that agency is responsible for providing the replacement. If they cannot, they must refund their portion of the fee to the franchisee, who then becomes responsible for finding a replacement.
All Team franchisees must diligently recruit, screen, interview, and place personnel for placement customers, adhering to All Team's standards and procedures. These efforts must be conducted without any discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or age. Franchisees are expected to maintain high standards of honesty, integrity, fair dealing, and ethical conduct in all business dealings, ensuring they do not harm the reputation of All Team or its affiliates.
