For All Team, what are Placement Customers?

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Placement Customers are defined as those seeking to hire permanent personnel, also known as Candidates. All Team franchisees operate both a temporary service business and a permanent placement business from the same office. The permanent placement business focuses on connecting Placement Customers with suitable Candidates for permanent employment positions.

This distinction is important for All Team franchisees because it clarifies the scope of their services. They cater to two distinct client groups: those needing temporary staff and those looking for permanent employees. Understanding this difference allows franchisees to tailor their marketing and recruitment efforts effectively.

All Team franchisees are required to operate the Placement Business within their designated Area, out of the same office(s) that the Temporary Service Business is operated. This means that franchisees must manage both temporary and permanent placement services from the same physical location. Franchisees are also limited to providing only the placement services described in the Confidential Operations Manual. This manual likely contains detailed guidelines and procedures for identifying, recruiting, and placing Candidates with Placement Customers.
