What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as a new franchisee, you are required to pay an initial license fee for the use of the software. This initial software license fee is $4,500. You must pay this fee when you sign the Franchise Agreement. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
In addition to the initial software license fee, All Team franchisees must also pay a weekly technology fee of $100, which covers the continuing license fee to maintain the software, as well as network support, email access, and website maintenance and updates. This weekly technology fee is due every Wednesday, starting the first Wednesday after you open your All Team agency.
All Team also reserves the right to require different, upgraded, or additional programs, and if this occurs, the franchisee will be responsible for paying the costs associated with these changes. The FDD estimates that the cost of optional or required maintenance, updates, and upgrades to the computer system will be between $0 and $500 per year, payable to third-party vendors.
