What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are a few options available to franchisees for receiving payroll checks. All Team highly recommends the use of pay cards where allowed by law. However, franchisees can also choose to have payroll checks either printed in their own office, using a printer approved by All Team, or have the checks printed in All Team's office and sent overnight to the franchisee at the franchisee's expense.

For All Team to provide payroll services, franchisees must submit timecards or related reporting to All Team weekly, no later than noon on Wednesday, based on the prior week's activities. These timecards will be matched with each invoice by the franchisee and saved electronically in a location designated by All Team for future reference. These documents will also be included with the invoice sent to the customer, if applicable.

It's important to note that failure to provide invoices and timecards in a timely manner will result in financial penalties. The first violation incurs a fine of $1,000, the second violation incurs a fine of $2,500, and the third and each subsequent violation incurs a fine of $5,000. Additionally, the franchisee is responsible for postage costs associated with payroll services.
