How often can All Team change the Funding Fee?

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Funding Fee, which is a percentage of the Customer Invoices purchased by ATFC, is subject to change. However, All Team Franchise Corporation (ATFC) will provide written notification to the franchisee (USER) before implementing any changes.

Importantly, ATFC will not change the Funding Fee more than once per year. This provides some predictability for franchisees in their financial planning. The Funding Fee is initially set at 1.5% of the total value of Customer Invoices purchased by ATFC during the prior week, payable by the franchisee every Friday.

This clause in the Funding Agreement protects the franchisee from frequent, unpredictable changes to this particular fee, while still allowing All Team to adjust it annually if necessary.
