What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, currently, none of their officers hold an interest in any of their approved suppliers. However, All Team's owners retain the right to have such interests in approved suppliers in the future. This means that while there are no conflicts of interest of this nature at present, the situation could change during the term of the franchise agreement.

All Team is the only approved supplier of payroll and billing, processing, funding services, and sublicensed software. In the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, All Team received $380,943 from these services, which represented 45.3% of their total revenue of $841,287. Besides the revenue from these specific services, All Team does not currently derive revenue from franchisee purchases or leases, but they reserve the right to do so in the future. All Team also reserves the right to negotiate quantity discount contracts with various vendors, potentially including rebates, though they have not done so yet. Franchisees may choose whether or not to participate in these contracts.

This arrangement means that a significant portion of All Team's revenue is derived from services franchisees are required to use. While there are currently no rebates or other consideration received from other franchisee purchases, All Team has the right to affiliate with suppliers and receive revenues from franchisee purchases in the future. As a prospective franchisee, it would be prudent to inquire about the criteria and process All Team would use to determine if and when its officers or owners might acquire an interest in approved suppliers, as well as how this might affect franchisee costs and supply options.
