What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Processing Fee, which is initially 1.65% of Temporary Employment Gross Billings from the prior week, can be increased. All Team will provide written notice to the franchisee (referred to as USER) of any increase to the Processing Fee. However, All Team will not change the Processing Fee more than once a year.
This means that as a prospective All Team franchisee, you should be aware that the Processing Fee you initially pay is subject to change. All Team is obligated to inform you in writing before increasing this fee, ensuring you have documented notice of the change. This allows you to adjust your financial planning accordingly.
However, the once-per-year limitation on fee increases provides some predictability. It prevents All Team from frequently raising the Processing Fee, which could negatively impact your profitability. It is important to note that the FDD does not specify how far in advance All Team must provide this written notice, so it would be wise to clarify this with All Team during your due diligence.
Understanding the terms and conditions related to fee increases is crucial for assessing the financial viability of an All Team franchise. Be sure to factor in potential Processing Fee increases when projecting your costs and revenues.
