What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, any notice required under the terms of the franchise agreement must be provided in writing. The notice should be sent either by registered or certified mail, or through personal delivery.

The notice to the franchisee should be sent to the franchisee's agency address, while notices to All Team should be sent to the company's office. Both parties can designate alternative addresses for receiving notices as well.

Receipt of the notice is considered to have occurred three days after mailing, or immediately upon personal delivery, whichever happens first. This provision ensures that there is a clear and documented process for sending and receiving important communications related to the All Team franchise agreement.
