What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, any notice required under the franchise agreement must be provided in writing. The notice must be sent either by registered or certified mail, or through personal delivery.

The notice should be addressed to the franchisee's agency address and to All Team's office, or to any other address that has been formally designated according to the notice section of the agreement. This ensures that all parties are clearly informed and that there is a documented record of the communication.

For All Team franchisees, this means that important communications, such as those regarding contract breaches, renewals, or legal matters, must adhere to these formal notification procedures. Receipt of the notice is considered to have occurred three days after mailing, or immediately upon personal delivery, whichever happens first. This timeframe is important for calculating deadlines and response times related to the notice.
