What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the National Advertising Fund will not be used solely to advertise for franchisee prospects. The fund, if reinstated, is intended to promote All Team's brand and publicize All Team and its franchises.
The advertising fee, should the fund be reinstated, requires franchisees to pay 1% of Temporary Employment Gross Billings weekly and 2% of Permanent Placement Gross Billings monthly. These payments are to be made throughout the term of the agreement.
All Team maintains control over the use of the fund to enhance the overall system. Franchisees should note that the fund's purpose is to maximize brand recognition and acceptance of the All Team system, and the franchisor is not obligated to make expenditures equivalent or proportional to a franchisee's contribution. This means that while franchisees contribute to the fund, they may not directly benefit from its expenditures in a way that mirrors their contribution.
