What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team has the right to modify the opening assistance provided to a franchisee based on the franchisee's or its principal owner's experience.

All Team provides on-site opening assistance at no cost to the franchisee. This includes at least one person providing assistance for at least five days after the agency opens. Additionally, All Team provides another person for on-site assistance for at least three days, approximately two months after the office opens.

This flexibility allows All Team to tailor its support to the specific needs of each franchisee, potentially reducing costs for both parties if a franchisee already possesses relevant experience. However, it also introduces some uncertainty, as the level of assistance a new franchisee receives may vary. Prospective franchisees should discuss with All Team what specific criteria or experience levels would lead to modifications in the standard opening assistance program.
