What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team has the right to modify the initial training program. The FDD states that ATFC (All Team Franchise Corp) can modify the training program based on the experience of the franchisee and its principal owner.
This means that the content and structure of the initial training are not set in stone. All Team can adjust the training to better suit the franchisee's background and expertise. For example, if a franchisee has extensive experience in the staffing industry, All Team might modify the training to focus on aspects specific to the All Team system.
It is important for prospective franchisees to understand that the initial training program may not be identical for everyone. The modifications are intended to make the training more effective and relevant to each franchisee's individual circumstances. Franchisees should discuss with All Team what factors might lead to modifications in their specific training program.
