What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must purchase a minimum set of computer equipment for each administrative employee. Specifically, the franchisee is required to purchase at least one computer, either a desktop or a laptop, for each administrative employee working in the office. In addition to the computer, the franchisee must also purchase a multi-function machine that can copy, scan, and print documents.
If the franchisee chooses to print payroll checks in their office, they will also need to purchase an additional laser printer that has been approved by All Team. The estimated cost for this equipment ranges from $1,800 to $2,500. All Team highly recommends the use of pay cards. Each computer must be connected to a high-speed internet line to allow access to the required staffing software and email.
While All Team is not obligated to provide ongoing service for the equipment, they may offer advice or assistance when possible. All Team retains the right to require franchisees to update or upgrade their hardware or software to meet new standards or specifications, and franchisees will bear the expense of these updates. As technology advances, franchisees will be required to upgrade or purchase new equipment to stay current with All Team's standards.
