What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may incur costs for additional training and assistance or refresher training programs. In addition to covering all transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses for themselves and their employees to attend these programs, All Team may charge a fee. The maximum amount All Team can charge for additional training is $1,000 per person per day.
All Team also provides initial support without charge. Specifically, All Team will provide an opening team of at least one employee to help the franchisee on-site for at least five days after opening the agency, which can be broken up within the first two weeks. Additionally, All Team will send one employee for three additional days of assistance approximately two months after the agency opens.
However, if the franchisee requests additional assistance beyond these initial provisions, and All Team deems it necessary, All Team will provide the assistance, but the franchisee will be responsible for All Team's customary fees for such services and reimbursement for expenses incurred.
