What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team will provide on-site opening assistance at no cost to the franchisee. Specifically, All Team will provide at least one person for a period of at least five days after the agency opens. Additionally, All Team will provide another person for at least three days approximately two months after the office opens.
This means that a new All Team franchisee can expect to receive hands-on support from two different All Team representatives during the critical initial months of operation. The first representative will assist in the immediate opening phase, while the second will provide follow-up support a couple of months later. This can be particularly beneficial for franchisees who are new to the staffing industry or unfamiliar with All Team's specific systems and processes.
It is important to note that All Team retains the right to modify the opening assistance based on the franchisee's or their principal owner's experience. This suggests that the level and type of support may be tailored to the individual franchisee's needs and capabilities. A prospective franchisee should discuss with All Team what specific factors might influence the opening assistance provided.
