What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team provides new franchisees with on-site assistance after the agency opens. Specifically, All Team will send an opening team of at least one employee to the franchisee's location to help for at least five days. These five days of assistance may be broken up during the first two weeks that the All Team agency is open.

In addition to the initial five days of on-site assistance, All Team also sends one employee for three additional days of assistance approximately two months after the agency opens for business. All Team does not charge franchisees for this initial assistance.

However, if a franchisee requests additional assistance beyond the initial support, All Team may provide it if they deem it necessary. In this case, the franchisee will be responsible for paying All Team's customary fees for these services, as well as reimbursing All Team for any expenses incurred while providing the additional support.
