What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is restricted from soliciting customers of ATFC for a period of two years after the termination, expiration, or transfer of the franchise agreement. This restriction applies regardless of the reason for termination, unless the franchisee obtains prior written consent from ATFC.
Specifically, the franchisee cannot directly or indirectly solicit or service any person or entity that was a customer of the franchisee, ATFC, or any affiliate, licensee, or franchisee of ATFC within the two years preceding the termination. This includes attempting to divert or appropriate business from these customers to any similar business. This non-solicitation clause is designed to protect All Team's customer base and goodwill after a franchise agreement ends.
This type of restriction is common in franchising to protect the brand and existing franchisees. Prospective All Team franchisees should understand that this clause could significantly limit their business activities if they choose to operate a similar business after leaving the All Team system. It is important to carefully consider the implications of this non-solicitation agreement before investing in an All Team franchise.
