Answer from 2025 FDD Document

We must approve the location of your Agency. You may select the location of your office anywhere in the Area. Typically, you will lease the space for your Agency. You are solely responsible for locating, securing and evaluating the suitability of your office and for the review and negotiations of your lease. The factors we consider in approving sites are factors such as general location, lease term, size, access to public transportation, and parking. We will either approve or disapprove your location within 30 days of receipt of all information regarding the location. (Franchise Agreement – paragraph VIII.A);

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team has 30 days to either approve or disapprove a proposed location for an All Team agency. This 30-day period starts once All Team receives all necessary information regarding the location.

As a prospective franchisee, this means you are responsible for finding, securing, and evaluating potential office locations within your designated area. You will also handle lease negotiations. All Team's approval process considers factors such as the general location, lease terms, size of the space, accessibility to public transportation, and parking availability.

It is important to gather all required information about a potential location and submit it promptly to All Team to ensure a timely decision. Failure to do so could delay the opening of your agency. Since you are responsible for the lease, understanding All Team's location approval criteria is crucial before committing to a specific site.
