What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team will offer ongoing advisory support for franchise operations, utilizing methods and schedules they consider suitable. However, if a franchisee specifically requests advisory assistance, All Team retains the discretion to impose a reasonable fee for this service, in addition to requiring reimbursement for any travel-related expenses incurred by All Team employees while providing the assistance, including transportation, lodging, and meals.
This means that while All Team commits to providing advisory assistance, the extent and nature of this support are not precisely defined, leaving it to All Team's discretion. Franchisees should be aware that while some level of continuing support is included, more extensive or specific assistance may come at an additional cost. This is a fairly common practice in franchising, where franchisors often provide a base level of support and charge extra for specialized or on-site assistance.
Prospective franchisees should inquire about the typical frequency and types of advisory assistance offered, as well as the criteria used to determine when additional fees apply. Understanding these details will help in budgeting and planning for ongoing operational support from All Team. It would be prudent to discuss specific scenarios with existing franchisees to gain a clearer understanding of the support system in practice and the potential costs involved.
