What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program is provided after the Franchise Agreement is executed and before the All Team agency opens. The training will occur at a time and place designated by All Team.

The FDD specifies that the franchisee or its principal owner, the recruiter for permanent placement business, and the manager of the temporary service business must attend the initial training program. The franchisee is responsible for covering all transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses incurred while attending the training program.

Satisfactory completion of the training program is mandatory for the franchisee's principal owner before opening the agency. Failure to complete the training program satisfactorily gives All Team the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement. However, the FDD also states that completing the training program does not guarantee the success of the agency.
