What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay an initial license fee of $4,500 for the use of the required software upon signing the Franchise Agreement. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. The software, which currently includes "Avionte" software, provides billing, payroll, employee records, customer information, and accounts receivable functionalities.
In addition to the initial license fee, All Team franchisees are also required to pay a weekly technology fee of $100. This weekly fee covers the continuing license fee to maintain the software, as well as network support, email access, and website maintenance and updates. The franchisor sublicenses the proprietary software to the franchisee, but retains the right to require different, upgraded, or additional programs in the future, the cost of which would be borne by the franchisee.
Furthermore, franchisees should budget for potential additional costs related to the computer system. All Team estimates that optional or required maintenance, updates, and upgrades to the computer system could range from $0 to $500 per year, payable to third-party vendors. This is in addition to the weekly technology fee paid to All Team. Franchisees should consider these ongoing technology-related expenses when evaluating the overall cost of operating an All Team franchise.
