What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee of $42,500 is paid in a lump sum when signing the Franchise Agreement. However, if a franchisee already operates an agency under a Franchise Agreement with All Team and wishes to purchase an additional franchise or open an additional agency office, the franchise fee will be $37,500. If All Team does not accept the Franchise Agreement within 30 days after submission, the franchise fee will be refunded. Otherwise, the franchise fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

In addition to the franchise fee, the franchisee must also pay an initial license fee of $4,500 for the use of the software when signing the Franchise Agreement. This fee is also non-refundable under any circumstances.

The method of payment for the franchise fee is further detailed in Item 7, which specifies that the $42,500 franchise fee is to be paid as a lump sum at the time of signing the Franchise Agreement directly to All Team. This confirms that All Team does not offer installment payments for the initial franchise fee.
