What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial Franchise Fee of $42,500 is due in a lump sum when you sign the Franchise Agreement. However, if you already operate an agency under a franchise agreement with All Team and want to purchase an additional franchise or open another agency office, the franchise fee will be $37,500. If All Team does not accept your Franchise Agreement within 30 days after you submit it, they will refund the Franchise Fee. Otherwise, the Franchise Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
In addition to the Franchise Fee, you must also pay an initial license fee of $4,500 for the use of the software when you sign the Franchise Agreement. This fee is also non-refundable under any circumstances.
This means that a prospective All Team franchisee must have $42,500 available upon signing the agreement. Existing franchisees looking to expand will pay a reduced fee of $37,500. It is important to note the conditions under which a refund is possible, as well as the non-refundable nature of the software license fee.
