ocial security and other taxes, disability payments and other deductions (except worker's compensation insurance premiums) which may be required by applicable law to be deducted and withheld, as directed by USER. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees, referred to as USER, must submit timecards or related reporting to ATFC weekly, no later than noon on Wednesday, based on the prior week, for payroll processing. These timecards are matched with invoices, saved electronically in a location designated by ATFC, and included with the invoice sent to the customer, if applicable. This weekly submission is crucial for ATFC to prepare the payroll run for each temporary personnel employee.
Failure to provide invoices and timecards in a timely manner can result in financial penalties. The first violation incurs a fine of $1,000, the second violation results in a $2,500 fine, and the third and each subsequent violation will be penalized with a $5,000 fine. This highlights the importance of adhering to the specified deadlines and procedures for submitting payroll information to avoid these penalties.
In addition to timecards, All Team franchisees must also furnish all necessary payroll information regarding their temporary employees. This includes wages, rates, names of payees, direct payroll costs, and billing information regarding the franchisee's customers, all in the form required by ATFC. This comprehensive data ensures that ATFC can accurately process payroll, handle direct payroll costs, and prepare necessary tax reports on behalf of the franchisee.
