What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs of any different, upgraded, or additional programs that All Team requires. Specifically, franchisees are required to lease the software that All Team specifies, which currently includes "Avionte" software. Franchisees pay an initial fee of $4,500 to license this software, along with a weekly technology fee of $100. This weekly fee covers the continuing license, network support, email access, website maintenance, and updates.

All Team retains the right to mandate different, upgraded, or additional programs, and the franchisee will bear the financial burden of these changes. In addition to the weekly technology fee, franchisees should anticipate spending an estimated $0 to $500 annually for optional or required maintenance, updates, and upgrades to the computer system, payable to third-party vendors. This means that franchisees must budget not only for the initial software licensing and ongoing fees but also for potential future expenses related to software modifications or entirely new systems deemed necessary by All Team.

This requirement places a financial risk on the franchisee, as they must be prepared to invest further in technology at All Team's discretion. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider these potential costs and factor them into their financial projections. It is also advisable to discuss with All Team the potential frequency and estimated costs of such upgrades or additional programs to better understand the long-term financial implications.
