If All Team permits, can I use future marks to operate my agency?

We grant the right and require you to operate your Agency under "All Team Staffing" or any other Mark we may designate. You may also use our other current or future Marks to operate your Agency if we permit you to do so. By Marks, we mean trade names, trademarks, service marks and logos used to identify your Agency.
You must follow our rules when you use the Marks. You cannot use a name or mark as part of a corporate name or with modifying words, designs or symbols except for those which we license to you. You may not use our Marks in connection with the sale of an unauthorized product or service or in a manner not authorized in writing by us.
If we decide to modify or discontinue the use of the Marks and/or to use one or more additional or substitute names or marks, you will be obligated to do so at your own expense and without claim against us. You will need to comply within a reasonable time of the request.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are granted the right to operate their agency under the "All Team Staffing" mark or any other mark designated by All Team. Additionally, franchisees may use All Team's other current or future marks to operate their agency, but only if All Team permits them to do so. The term 'Marks' encompasses trade names, trademarks, service marks, and logos used to identify the agency.
All Team maintains control over the use of its marks, and franchisees must adhere to the company's rules. Franchisees cannot use a name or mark as part of a corporate name or with modifying words, designs, or symbols, except for those licensed to them. Furthermore, franchisees are prohibited from using All Team's marks in connection with the sale of unauthorized products or services or in any manner not explicitly authorized in writing by All Team.
If All Team decides to modify or discontinue the use of its marks, or to use additional or substitute names or marks, franchisees are obligated to comply at their own expense and without any claim against All Team. Franchisees must comply within a reasonable time of the request. This means that franchisees need to be prepared to adapt to changes in All Team's branding and marketing strategies, which could involve additional costs for rebranding or updating marketing materials.
