What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team and its representatives can inspect a franchisee's records during normal business hours. The franchisee must keep all payroll and personnel records for temporary personnel employees, as well as other customary books of account and business records for the industry, for seven years after their creation. These records must be kept at the franchisee's offices.
This means that All Team franchisees must maintain detailed and accurate records of their business operations for an extended period. They should expect that All Team will periodically review these records to ensure compliance with the franchise agreement and standard business practices.
It is important for prospective franchisees to understand what constitutes "normal business hours" in their specific industry and location, as this may vary. Franchisees should also clarify with All Team what specific types of records they will be expected to maintain and in what format to ensure compliance with All Team's requirements.
