What happens to customer payments for National/Regional Accounts received by All Team?

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, when dealing with National/Regional Accounts, all payments are initially sent to All Team, who then forwards the appropriate amounts to the franchisee. A National/Regional Account is defined as a temporary service or permanent placement business account with multiple locations covered by a single agreement that extends beyond one franchisee's area. These accounts are managed and controlled solely by All Team, even if the franchisee procures the account.

If a National/Regional Account has locations within a franchisee's designated area, All Team will first offer the franchisee the opportunity to service those locations under the terms established with the account. However, the franchisee is not obligated to accept this offer. If the franchisee declines, All Team reserves the right to service the account themselves or authorize other franchisees, licensees, or affiliate-owned agencies to do so. The ultimate decision to accept a franchisee as a service provider for a National/Regional Account rests with the account itself.

This arrangement means that while franchisees may have the opportunity to service National/Regional Accounts within their area, All Team maintains control over the billing and payment process. Franchisees are dependent on All Team to forward the correct payments after All Team receives them from the customer. This system centralizes financial management of these key accounts with the franchisor, potentially streamlining operations but also creating a point of reliance for franchisees on All Team's accounting and disbursement practices.
