Does All Team guarantee that the agency complies with local laws?

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team does not guarantee that the agency complies with local, municipal, state, federal, or other laws or regulations relating to the offer of services or otherwise. The FDD states that any action, refusal to act, approval, disapproval, consent, or refusal to consent by All Team should not be considered a guarantee, warranty, or representation of compliance.

This means that the franchisee is solely responsible for ensuring their All Team agency adheres to all applicable laws and regulations.
